The perfect role for an experienced and savvy games marketer who is keen to lead and execute varied campaigns and carve our own path informed by best in class delivery, with an eye on fusing data and creative to bring the best results possible for a new company bringing outstanding development partners and freedom to be creatively bold.

  • Lead rollout campaigns and plans across our high-quality independent games portfolio.

  • Fuse data and creative to optimise campaigns across the board.

  • Work in tandem with our Founder and Head of Product Strategy, turning vision into action plans that both you personally roll out and rally the team and partners around - dictating, catching and managing key beats across our games campaigns.

  • Optimise store pages and other online assets, taking both a creative and analytical approach to deliver the best results. You will manage creation of assets, confidently experiment and optimise for algorithm best-results, maximising conversion to clickthroughs, wishlists and sales.

  • Manage (and source where relevant) our agency relationships, ensuring we are world class partners - delivering excellent briefs, solid relationships and rapid turnarounds.

  • Carefully manage advertising and media buy campaigns, taking a creatively bold but financially cautious approach to push highest possible ROIs.

  • Continuously assess how we can best roll out and improve our games campaigns.

  • Act as the connective issue between our Production, Community and Product disciplines, keeping games and campaigns on track, on budget, with a constant eye on results.

  • Chief beats organiser, you will have an encyclopedic eye on awards, events, sales and key moments we can jump on coming up in the world at large.

  • Building creative tactical moments througout every game campaign to drive highest possible noise and attention.

  • Work closely with our development partners to understand the tone of voice and their wishes for the game, ensuring we are creatively aligned.

  • Pull together all disciplines across the marketing mix to ensure well planned for, organised, campaigns with key members across Publishing and development teams with ample time to plan and prepare.

  • Jump on the freedom to create wild and original campaign ideas

  • Play a part in our community activities, getting involved in Discord chats and supporting channel optimisation.

  • Experienced games marketing professional with passion for delivery results.

  • Passionate about a variety of genres in games.

  • Highly organisedf and able to juggle multiple conflicting priorities.

  • You have led games campaigns to success across a variety of genres.

  • You have worked across (or been closely professionally exposed to) various marketing disciplines including PR, community, media buying and events management.

  • Proven track record as both an individual contributor and in inspiring action from colleagues and partners up and down organisations.

  • Strong creative eye and capability shown across various creative disciplines.

  • Experience assessing and responding to data to drive optimal results.

  • You show an active interest in video games and have an eye on the changing landscape.
